The ingredients of Valrhona Yuzu Chocolate:
Specialty chocolate couverture made with cocoa butter and yuzu juice. Ingredients: sugar, 34.4% cocoa butter , maltodextrin, 2.4% yuzu juice, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin). MILK (Made in a factory that uses milk). Possible presence of nuts and gluten.

Storage conditions for Valrhona chocolate:
In a dry place between 16 and 18°C. Close the product hermetically in order to preserve its properties and store it between 16 and 18°C
